Analyse. Improve. Sustain.

01

OIM enables clients to achieve sustainable success.

Through the development of your people and culture and by enhancing core competencies, we equip you with the tools to effectively execute your responsibilities.

Our history is deeply rooted in social development and cross-cultural bridge-building. Following initiatives aimed at contributing to the establishment of a just, prosperous and equal-opportunity South Africa, OIM was founded as a commercial enterprise in 1985 by Professor Robert Tusenius.

Today, our unique integrated approach to performance improvement is based on original thinking and incorporates a host of fundamental practical leadership and business principles that, unlike quick-fixes and ad hoc interventions, have stood the test of time. We believe this makes our clients’ organisations stronger, more focused and resilient, and thus better equipped to deal effectively with ever-changing business requirements and global competition.

02

  • Confidently navigate the marketplace, now and in the future.
04

Why Choose Us?

We are differentiated by our integrated offering, partnership model and focus on sustainable performance improvement rather than short-term cost cutting.

We pride ourselves on our ability to build long-term partnerships with our clients, understand their needs and design customised solutions that can be implemented at all levels – and adapted as requirements evolve.

We have the experience, foresight and knowledge to help clients put the right talent, skills, tools and processes in place to action their strategies effectively; and make the right decisions for their businesses, people and shareholders.

We enable growth.
